How Vitamin and Mineral Supplementation Works
A large part of combating cancer is supporting your immune system so that it can properly maintain your health and fight cancer cells. How Vitamin and Mineral Supplementation Is Administered
Vitamin and mineral supplements most commonly come in the form of oral capsules that can be taken daily, though intravenous infusions and injections may also be administered. The exact nutrient and dosage will vary based on your specific needs. Avoid taking antioxidant supplements without first consulting with your doctor as certain nutrients may counteract the effects of other treatments.
