射频消融治疗的作用原理

射频消融将电能和热量结合使用，以破坏癌细胞而不会损害周围的健康组织。除作为癌症疗法外，射频消融还可以在治疗各种关节炎时用于加热神经组织，从而减轻该部位的疼痛信号。同样，除了破坏癌组织外，射频消融还可以减轻与癌症症状相关的疼痛和不适。射频消融还可以用于某些癌前细胞，例如在巴雷特食管患者的食管内膜细胞中。

进行射频消融治疗的方法

射频消融是首选疗法，主要因为它是一种微创手术。射频消融手术首先是进行影像学检查，以确定肿瘤在患者身上的确切位置。然后，放射科医生将细针引导至癌组织的注射部位。高频无线电波通过细针加热组织。该手术在将组织加热到可能破坏或杀死癌细胞的高温方面类似于热疗。

射频消融最常通过皮肤或经皮进行。但是，也可以在微创手术过程中或通过腹腔镜进行。这包括在腹部切开一个小切口，然后将一根挠性管插入到切口中。

热能和无线电能的强度可能会随着肿瘤的大小而变化。该手术可能需要 30 分钟到几小时，但术后恢复时间极短。根据您的健康状况和癌症的严重程度，您可能需要进行多次手术。
